The Brunette E-Sweeps are an environmentally friendly, highly efficient electric log kicker.  The all electric log kicker eliminates the need for costly hydraulic or inefficient pneumatic kickers. 

Electrically driven with a shaft mounted gear motor, there are no more hydraulic leaks and expensive cylinder repairs.  The Electric Log Sweep has programmable operating speeds and utilizes a reciprocating crank shaft for a low impact sweeping motion.  

Modular in design, the sweeps can be made with two or three kicker arms to suite any application.  The sweeping arms can be custom manufactured to fit the profile of any conveyor to provide a seamless transition between sets of sweeping arms.

The Brunette Vertical Log Singulator (VLS) is designed to process logs from 2"-36" diameter, lengths from 8'-72', and speeds to 30 cycles per minute. 

The Brunette Vertical Log Singulator's face is precisely profiled for maximum separating efficiency in any depth of log pile. This profile also reduces wedging forces when lifting logs from the pile.

The Brunette SmartVIBE Vibrating Conveyor is a unique and simple vibrating conveyor. Our design optimizes low cost maintenance and maximum up-time efficiencies with a springless vibratory mechanism which is fully balanced at each stroke. The patented design allows operators to increase conveying speed through the use of controls without costly shutdowns.  Speed is varied by utilizing a Variable Speed Drive (VFD) to control the drive motor RPM which effects the conveyor stroke. 

This versatile conveyor is suitable for many industries including biomass, recycling, pellet manufacturing, sawmill, plywood, OSB, food processing, and agricultural industries.
