Up to 10 stems per minute on 65' stems (15 per minute on short stems) with infinite bucking length capabilities.

The quadrant feeder singulates stems up to 10 stems per minute with automatic gap control.

The “V” flight conveyor stabilizes the stems through the scanner.  Real shape scanning optimizes the bucking pattern for value.  The bucking solution is transferred to the merchandiser for implementation.

Stems are kicked into the log merchandiser infeed.  The ending bumper provides a positive zero reference line.  The saws shift to the required position prior to the stem arriving for bucking.
